The MikroTik CRS310 Fiber Switch (4 SFP+ Ports) is an indoor version of the renowned netFiber 9 switch, delivering reliable 10 Gigabit fiber connections spanning over 100 meters. With five 1G SFP ports, four 10G SFP+ ports, and an additional Gigabit Ethernet port, it's an excellent upgrade for existing CRS212 setups. Equipped with a modern ARM v7 CPU, 256 MB of RAM, and improved cooling supported by high-performance Marvell switch-chips, this switch ensures optimal performance.
The Gigabit Ethernet port directly connects to the switch chip, enabling full gigabit speed, and it supports PoE-in for added powering options in challenging locations. Mounting this device in a standard 1U rack harnesses its powerful capabilities, including hardware offloaded VLAN-filtering and some Layer-3 routing.
