Positron’s GAM for indoor copper/coaxial infrastructures leverages existing wiring for an efficient installation. It is available in 24 and 12-port configurations. It helps telecom providers deliver speeds of 1 Gbps over a distance of up to 1,000 ft. using existing telephone wiring, or over a distance of up to 2,600 ft. using coaxial cable. Its GA-24-C and G1001 devices can serve up to 384 G.hn subscribers with up to 16 subscribers per port. With Reverse Power Feed support, these devices can leverage existing RG-6/RG-59 coax cabling or telephone wiring for copper wiring (UTP, CAT-3, or CAT-5/5e).
